Task: Protecting the Company’s interests, taking into account all the applicable legal constraints

Mission:

Answering all questions associated with new technologies and intellectual property
Negotiating, drafting and following up contracts relating to the various business areas
Analysing and monitoring the various litigation and pre-litigation files

Profile:
Two-year master’s degree in ICT law
Around five years’ experience in a similar post
Sense of responsibility
Independence
