ERIC BOUSTOULLER, CEO

Graduated from the “Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris”, Mr Eric Boustouller was in particular Sales General Manager of Compaq France. Deputy CEO (2002-2005), then Chairman and Chief Executive Director of Microsoft France and Deputy Chairman of Microsoft Interrnational (2005- 2012), he has been Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Corporation and Western Europe area Vice president of Microsoft since 2012.

 

 

   
 

Christophe Pingard, Chief Operating Officer Sales & Marketing

Christophe Pingard holds a post master degree in quality and innovation management. He started his career at Steelcase Strafor before joining Egencia, global leader in online corporate travel, first as CEO for France, then in charge of Operations for Europe and Asia-Pacific.

As SoLocal Group and PagesJaunes CEO, he is in charge of driving the Group revenues and heads sales and marketing to advertisers.

 

 

   
 

Virginie Cayatte, Chief Financial Officer in charge of Finance, Real estate and Procurement

A graduate from the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Mines, Virginie Cayatte began her career at Axa financial department, in charge of financing and cash management. Between 2002 and 2006, she was in charge of financial market regulation and economic forecasts for the French Treasury.

Before joining SoLocal Group, Virginie Cayatte was Chief Financial Officer for AXA IM, the AXA group’s asset management subsidiary.

 

 

   
 

Pascal Garcia, Secretary general and Deputy Chief Executive Officer heading Strategy, Partnerships and External Relations

A graduate of the HEC business school and holder of an MBA from Brazil and Spain, Pascal Garcia joined SoLocal Group in 1997. First in Brazil and then at Wanadoo Edition, until 2008 he was Chief Executive Officer of QDQ Media in Spain, before taking over management of the Advertisers segment and joining the Group's Executive Committee on the same occasion. In 2011 he managed the Strategy, Partnerships and External Relations department, which groups together the Group's international business.

Since 2014, he has been Group Secretary General, and also in charge of the legal affairs and social strategy department.

 

 

   
 

Julien Veyrier, deputy Secretary general in charge of Human Ressources and Institutional Relations

A graduate from the Ecole Normale Supérieure and the Paris Institute for Political Sciences (Sciences-Po), Julien Veyrier served as special advisor to the French minister of National Education, then to the minister of Labor and Social relations. He was later appointed deputy chief of staff of the minister of Industry and to the minister of Vocational training.

Between 2011 and 2014, he was the executive manager of the Vocational Training Information Centre.

 

 

   
 

Local Search Managing DIrector

HEC graduate, Frédéric Obala started his career as a strategic Consultant before joining Promodes(now Carrefour) in 1992. In 2002, he becomes member of the Executive Committee of PPR (now Kering) as Group Strategy Director, and remains in the Group as Marketing & Internet Director for La Redoute. Following, he becomes the managing director of Doméo and of Marketing & Services Area for Darty, before joining SoLocal in 2014.

He will successively work as Large Accounts Division managing Director and as Digital Marketing Area Director.
