A meeting of the Board of Directors of PagesJaunes Groupe SA was held today to modify the Board in accordance with the new shareholding structure of the Company, following the acquisition on October 11, 2006 by Mediannuaire, a company controlled by affiliates of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (“KKR”) and Goldman Sachs Capital Partners (“GS Capital Partners”), of 54% of the share capital and voting rights in PagesJaunes Groupe from France Télécom.
